St. John North Shores Dinner Dance
St. John North Shores Hospital (SJNSH) will host its 22nd Annual Spring Dinner Dance, Mediterranean Nights, at Mac & Ray’s Banquet Center, 30675 North River Road in Harrison Township, on Saturday, March 20.
SJNSH is a 96-bed specialty hospital that provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation, along with other medical and emergency services and many ancillary diagnostic services.

Come experience this ancient practice; learn the same form as taught by the Grandmaster in China. Yang Family Introductory 13 Form requires
No equipment and can be practiced in a small area. In this class there is no competition, no kicking or low maneuvers. This fall series covers basic positions and first-half of the form. Instructor Carleen Belfi has one years experience including international competition in China. Although this is a martial art, our emphasis is for health, balance and fun. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
