St. John Health Sponsors Metro Detroit ‘Go Red for Women’

Heart disease is the #1 killer of women in Detroit and all of Michigan. Most women, unfortunately, do not know that heart disease is a serious threat to their health.

That’s why St. John Health (SJH) has joined the American Heart Association (AHA) in an exclusive partnership to raise awareness about women and heart disease, and encourage women to love their heart all year long – for life.

Go Red for Women is the AHA’s national campaign to help women learn how to care for their hearts, make their lifestyles heart-healthy and ultimately lower the incidence of heart disease among women.  SJH is the exclusive partner of Metro Detroit Go Red for Women, a yearlong promotional campaign that will educate women about their heart disease risk and raise awareness of SJH as a leading heart care provider.
