Recipient Rights Training
After reading these instructions, click on the link below.
- The link will take you to the Oakland County Community Mental Health website.
- Scroll to the middle of the page and click on "Annual Update Recipient Rights Training." Review the slide show by clicking on each heading in the left-hand column of the page.
- After reviewing the information, take the test by clicking on "Take the Rights/Due Process Test." You will be required to fill in some personal information. Choose OCCMHA as the provider that you work for (click on the down arrow in the blank provider box to see the options). Type in Providence Hospital as the agency/location. Complete the test.
- Upon successful completion of the test, click on "Annual Update Certificate" and print your certificate. Make a copy of your certificate for your records and bring the original with you to Mandatory Madness.
