Sleep Disorders Centers

If you're experiencing poor quality sleep or you're keeping a loved one up at night, you are among 70 million Americans who suffer from a sleep disorder. Serious symptoms include frequent naps during the day, morning headaches, breathing irregularities or sleeping seven to eight hours and still not feeling energized. Now is the time to make a commitment to improving your quality of life, and the first step is contacting one of the St. John Health System Sleep Disorders Centers.

Returning you to experiencing a good night's sleep again, St. John Health System's Sleep Disorders Centers will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and sleep study to ensure a proper diagnosis and treatment plan is developed.
