Application For Residency
(Must read and agree to terms before completing Residency Application.)
1. Applications may be submitted anytime between May 1st and December 1st of the year prior to the desired contract year.
2. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the following items are sent to the Office of Medical Education at your requested base hospital. An applications is not considered complete until these items have been received:
- Copy of Medical School Diploma
- Copy of your National Board Scores
- Letters of reference from at least three individuals
3. The Office of Medical Education will send you a letter when your initial application has been recieved. A second letter will be sent when all the above requested items have been received and your application becomes complete.
4. Applicants will be contacted by the Office of Medical Education and given specific dates for specialty interviews as set by the program directors. It is the responsiblity of the applicant to notify the Office of Medical Education to confirm their participation in the interview process.
