Robert Boomer, M.D. Board Certified in Family Practice
Robert Boomer, MD, is a specialist in family practice medicine. Family practice physicians serve as primary care physicians and provide care for family members of any age. Dr. Boomer is trained to offer medical advice and guidance to patients with the goal of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His special areas of interest include Sport Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
Dr. Boomer graduated form the University of Michigan Medical School in 1982. His professional affiliations include the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Oakland County Medical Society, the American Geriatric Society and the American Medical Association for Sports Medicine.

Stephanie Linden, M.D. Board Certified in Family Practice
Stephanie Linden, MD, is a board-certified family physician. She sees patients of all ages for a wide range of problems. She has a special interest in preventive medicine and women's health.
Dr. Linden earned her medical degree at Indiana University and completed her residency at the University of California in San Francisco. She became board-certified in Family Practice in 1996 and practiced in California for two years prior to moving to Michigan. Dr. Linden joined the Providence Family Care staff in April 1998.

Stacy O'Dowd, M.D. Board Certified in Family Practice
Stacy O'Dowd, MD, specializes in family practice, the treatment of individuals and entire families for general health maintenance and acute and chronic medical problems. Her special areas of interest are in women's and children's health issues.
Dr. O'Dowd is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Providence Hospital.
Dr. O'Dowd is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Frank Parinello, D.O. Board Certified in Family Practice
Frank Parrinello, DO, is a graduate of New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board-certified in family practice. He is a member of several local, state and national medical societies.
Dr. Parrinello provides comprehensive medical services for individuals, regardless of gender or age. His training in family practice integrates all phases of medical care, from prenatal care to the care of the elderly. Dr. Parrinello has a special interest in diagnosing and treating hypertension, arthritis and diabetes.

Martha Rumschlag, M.D. Board Certified in Family Practice
Martha Rumschlag, MD specializes in family practice, the treatment of individuals and entire families for general health maintenance and acute chronic medical problems.
Dr. Rumschlag's special area of interest is women's health and is providing family birthing services. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Rumschlag is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed both her internship and residency at Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Robert Carter, MD Board Certified in Family Practice
Robert A. Carter, MD, is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his family practice residency at Providence Hospital.
Specializing in family practice medicine, Dr. Carter provides comprehensive and continuing medical care to on a individuals and families regardless of gender or age. His training and experience integrates all phases of medicine, from pediatric to geriatric medicine.
Dr. Carter has special interests in patient education and computers in medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Osteopathic Association as well as several state and local organizations.

Physician Assistants
Physician Assistants (PAs) are highly-skilled health practitioners who work with physicians to provide patient care services. PAs take medical histories, perform physical examinations and order diagnostic studies and laboratory tests. They routinely provide care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. They also perform therapeutic procedures such as suturing, removal of minor lesions and casting.
Deborah Knight, PA-C Physician Assistant
Deborah Knight, PA-C, is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy Physician Assistant Program. She is board-certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Knight's special area of interest is Sports Medicine. She has earned the status of certified athletic trainer by the National Association of Athletic Trainers and has worked with the United States Olympic teams for the past 15 years as a medical staff member.
Marc Moote, PA-C Specializing in Family Practice
Marc Moote, PA-C, is a graduate of the University of Detroit Physician Assistant Program. He is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants with special recognition in surgery. He also works part time in general and orthopedic surgery.
Professional affiliations include: The American Academy of Physician Assistants and The Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants. Marc’s special interest is in office based procedures.

Office Details
Appointment Hours: Appointments are available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and one Saturday a month.
Payment Policy: Payment which is due at time of service, includes co-pays, and the self-responsible portion of the bill. We do accept MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, check or cash.
Insurance: When calling the office to schedule your appointment, be sure to confirm the physician accepts your insurance.
