Providence Surgical Services - Kids Corner

• Parents should bring a diaper and formula/bottle for their infant after surgery. 
  
• You may bring a small toy or blanket for your child's comfort.
  
• Persons less than 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian with them to sign forms. 
  
• A parent must stay with the child before and after surgery. One parent must be present in the surgery waiting room while the child is apart from you. (Please do not bring other children on the day of surgery.)
