Financial Assistance
St. John Health Hospitals have programs to assist patients who are uninsured or cannot afford medical care. Our programs include sliding scale discounts, financial assistance for those who meet income requirements and referrals to federally funded programs. Birth Certificates
For babies born at St. John River District Hospital, please call St. Clair County clerk's office. at 810-985-2200 or visit the St. Clair County clerks office.
For information regarding an adoption, please call the Adoption Registry at 517-373-3513.
Medical Records
If you need a copy of your medical records, print and complete the Release of Medical Records Authorization form. Be sure to specify the dates of service and the type of information needed. If you are requesting records sent to you or to a physician outside of St. John Health, you may receive a bill. If you have any questions, please call us at 810-329-5364.

Lifeline Home Monitoring/Response
Lifeline is a 24-hour response program. The service is easy to use and is inexpensive. A call can be placed from your home by means of a ½ oz Waterproof Personal Help Button. The call is received within 30 seconds and is answered by trained monitors that can call a family member or neighbor, your doctor or EMS if necessary. Lifeline can be used for short term, of just a few months, or as long as you need. We do not require a long-term contract. For more information or to have a unit installed call 810-329-5327.
REAL Convenience Concierge Service
St. John Health offers a personalized errand and concierge service to patients and their families, employees, medical staff and volunteers. The service, called REAL Convenience, can be used for a vast array of daily errands, including dry cleaning, car care, postal services and much more.
