Knowing that each mom and baby is unique, St. John Health offers a full range of birth care options including the specialized care provided by perinatologists and neonatologists for high risk moms and babies. Our physicians, nurses and support staff are dedicated to providing an environment that is nurturing and supportive of the unique needs of each mom, baby and family.
Birth preparation classes are offered at various St. John locations for expectant parents. Birth preparation classes include stages of labor, breathing techniques, what to expect at the hospital, postpartum care, and tour if class is offered at hospital location. You can also request a tour of our birthing center without the class.
