An Endometrial Ablation is a medical procedure that is performed on the inside of a women’s uterus. This Uterine or Endometrial Ablation is performed to ablate or destroy the endometrial lining of the uterus. After a Uterine Ablation the endometrium heals by scarring and reduces the possibility of future uterine bleeding.
